Official elections results are here. We would like to thank everyone for voting. Hopefully the incumbents heard our message. According to the District 19 bylaws all candidates deemed elected by the tellers will be seated October 1st of this year.

District19 elections were held today at Los Domigos Barstow. We had a good turnout. It was great seeing you guys decide your future. Remember these Brothers and Sisters you voted for will help with the negotiating our next contract. We had a choice of Secretary-Treasurer and 13 General Chairman positions. With two brothers running for Secretary-Treasurer and 20 running for General Chairman positions. We hope you voted for whoever you believe will represent us the best.

Keep an eye out in the mail for absentee ballots. Some have indicated they have started to receive them. Not everyone will get one unless you have requested one. We will have ballots on voting day. Looking forward to a large turn out.

IAMAW District 19 Nominations for District Lodge Officers and General Chairman are being confirmed.
It appears that there will be an election on June 14, 2019. Voting will be at our normal meeting place, Los Domingos in Barstow CA.
The polls will be open from 6:00am until 6:00pm. If you are in line to vote at or before 6:00pm, you will be allowed to vote.
The final ballot has not been released as the nominees are in the process of being notified and accepting their endorsements. When it comes out, I will post it here.
You, the membership, have the opportunity to have your voice heard by casting your vote.
